The products have a 2-year guarantee.
Complaints
If you discover a fault or defect, you must tell us within a reasonable time after you discovered it. The deadline for complaints is two years after you took over the item. For items intended to last significantly longer under normal use, the deadline is five years.
Report faults and defects orally or in writing. We recommend in writing — send an email to post@hallingdal-badestamp.no with your order number, a short description and ideally photographs. You will receive a confirmation once we have received your complaint.
If there is a defect and you have complained within the deadline, the Consumer Purchases Act allows you, among other things, to withhold the purchase price, demand repair or replacement, demand cancellation of the purchase if the defect is not insignificant, and claim damages.
We do not accept liability for faults caused by incorrect use of the product. Do read using and maintaining your hot tub.
