Delivery and setting up

How long is the lead time?

All our products are made to order. Hot tubs have a lead time of approx. 4–6 weeks. For saunas we agree the lead time when we confirm your order.

We give you notice approx. 1 week before delivery.

What does the freight cost?

Delivery is free within 60 km of Flå. Outside that area we ship with Apollo, and the freight is calculated by weight and volume, and you get the total price including freight from us before you pay anything.

Should there be any particular conditions at the site, we always find a good solution together.

Who lifts it off the trailer?

We deliver with a lorry and a flatbed trailer and drive as close as we can get. The crane lorry or tractor for the lift is for you to arrange. It is often cheapest to use someone local, and many customers sort it out themselves.

Can I collect it myself?

Yes. You can collect the goods yourself at Austsidevegen 901, 3539 Flå. Arrange a time with us in advance.

If you are collecting a hot tub, an ordinary trailer is enough.

Can you help with setting up?

If you would like help with setting up, we agree that when we confirm your order. Do mention it in your enquiry or in the comments field at the checkout.

What do I check when the goods arrive?

Check as soon as possible that the delivery matches the order confirmation, and that nothing has been damaged in transit. Transport damage must be reported to the carrier straight away, and ideally to us at the same time.
