Privacy policy

Hallingdal Badestamp AS (company reg. no. 932 605 538, Austsidevegen 901, 3539 Flå) is the data controller for the personal data collected through hallingdal-badestamp.no. We take care to handle your personal data securely, and we do not collect more than we need.

When you request a quote or contact us

When you send an enquiry, we store what you fill in — name, telephone, email, postcode and what you write about your requirements — together with the page you sent it from. We use the information to reply to you and give you a quote. The enquiry is sent to us by email, and the copy stored in the website’s system is deleted automatically after 90 days.

When you buy from us

If you shop in the online shop, we store the information you give us in order to complete the purchase: name, address, telephone number and email, and what you have ordered. This is necessary in order to deliver to the right address, keep you updated and contact you about your order. We are required to keep order information for accounting purposes and for handling guarantees and returns. This history is deleted after 5 years.

Payment with Klarna

If you choose Klarna, we send your order and your contact details to Klarna Bank AB, which carries out the payment. Klarna is itself responsible for the data it processes about the payment. Read Klarna’s privacy policy.

Who processes data on our behalf

We share personal data only with those who perform services for us as data processors, and only as far as is necessary: running the website (Cloudflare), sending email (Resend) and payment processing (Klarna). We may also disclose personal data if we are required to do so by law or by court order.

If a third party takes over all or part of the business, we have the right to transfer the customer database, including personal data, to the new owner.

Cookies

The website uses only the cookies that are necessary for it to work, unless you consent to more. Statistics and marketing are only set after you have agreed in the consent banner, and you can change your choice at any time. See cookies for a complete overview.

Your rights

You have the right to see the data we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected or deleted. We do not store more information about you than is necessary for the customer relationship and for us to comply with accounting legislation.
