Right of withdrawal and returns

Customised goods

Our hot tubs and saunas are made to order, to the choices you make. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods customised to your requirements.

Other goods

For standard products you have the right to withdraw from the purchase under the Right of Withdrawal Act. You must notify us no later than 14 days after you received the delivery. If you did not receive a withdrawal form with your order confirmation or on delivery, the deadline is extended to three months.

The item must be returned in essentially the same quantity and condition, in its original packaging. You pay for the return yourself and bear the risk for the transport back to us. We will refund what you have paid, including the cost of delivery to you, within 14 days of receiving the item.

Damaged item

If the item is damaged when you receive it, contact us at post@hallingdal-badestamp.no for further instructions.
